"A truely lovely company"

A truely lovely company, extremely helpful when I rang I knew I wanted plants but didn’t know what exactly they really took their time and asked about tank and what I was trying to achieve. First of all I knew wanted height but that was it they went through various suggestions and sent me photos of each suggestion and when I found one I liked we then worked out how many I would need. Next was for the middle and front each layer in turn until there was something I liked. Then instead of checking out and going as it was past closing time they took they’re time with me and then went through the stages again with my other tank. Then when I’d finished was asked about delivery which is normally the next day they actually delayed until it until I was going to be available to receive it. When the plants arrived they were packaged extremely well they all looked very healthy and then to my surprise I had a free gift. I took delivery the beginning of April and they’re still growing well in one tank it would of been both tanks if the rather large snail hadn’t devoured them. This was the 2nd delivery I’d had and I’m very happy with them and I’m just about to put another order which will be my 3rd so that should tell you something.
