I purchased Karcher T 11/1 vacuum cleaner from this company on September 5, 2022. The vaccum cleaner was delivered damaged. I called the shop and provided photos. They promised to replace damage part and told me they ordered it from Germany. Agter a more than a month, I contacted them again and I was told they cannot get the part. I asked them to replace the whole vacuum cleaner. They said they would send me shipping return label. That has never happened. Now, we're in March 2023. I would not recommend this company for any business.

We ordered SkyVac Atom replacement motor for £114.00 and goods arrived broken, ECA asked if we could send pictures of the broken parts, which we did, and we have heard nothing since...they do not answer emails or telephones. DO NOT USE. Terrible company
