My cue stick arrived in excellent condition, a little over a week from time of order placement. The 19 oz cue is perfect for me and the Irish linen wrap works well here in my low humidity environment. Only problem is that my wife is a bit envious, so now I have to buy one for her.

Great service 👏.. Rich especially went above and beyond with helping me find the pool cue that was right for me.. Even though I ended up having to send two pool cues back because they were not exactly what I was looking for.. But eventually I found the right cue for myself.. and I really love it.. It is the McDermott G302 pool cue with the G core 13mm shaft.. I am making difficult shots with this cue because it is such a Great pool stick..
