Over the years my dear Anglo Indian mother had bought me precious items from Minar. When, unfortunately, they were stolen I contacted Minar again and they agreed to remake them - as closely as they can - from photographs.

Pravin could not have been more attentive. He and his team were very sensitive and understanding about my desire to recreate the necklace and earrings. Pravin spent nearly 2 hours with me, helping to translate the photographic images into clear gold jewellery design.
The first iteration of the necklace was beautiful, but not quite like the original. But Pravin was totally un-phased, gracious and kind. He patiently talked me through changes that he could have made. And he even offered to lend me the close approximation until the revised necklace was made!

The final necklace is so beautiful, and so faithful to the original gorgeous design that it made me cry!

I was always treated with grace, respect, patience and generosity. I cannot recommend Minar, Pravin, Jaysal and the team highly enough. Their customer service is second to none. Their knowledge and skill is unrivalled.

They have turned a very distressing situation into a heartwarming experience - and have made both me and my 95 year old mother extremely happy and grateful.
