I have six cameras and have been very happy with them After two years of working my notification's stopped working. I have tried everything and nothing seems to help. I am a snowbird, and these cameras are in Arizona. My other residence is in Oregon. Can someone help get the notifications working again.

Everything from checking on various cameras, ordering, shipping, and tech help with setup and use was great. Cameras work as should. Great product and value. The only thing I would like to see is a downloadable manual that explains all the features in easy to understand terms and how to use settings to set the cameras for personal use.

Camera’s not responding to to my Wi-Fi I even called my WI-FI company to make sure it was 2.4 or higher and it was mush higher than 2.4 that was required to run these camera’s. Camera’s we’re a problem

I buy 2 outdoor cameras , 1 is working perfect , but the second one is not working , I set up the second camera and the next day the camera is offline , set up again and the next day the camera is offline again , this is every day.
I am tired of doing the same thing every day and the camera keeps going offline.
I need the camera to be replaced by another camera that does work

Been in contact with the company several times.
They do return emails and calls.
They DO NOT help me with the problems.
It appears that I am a bother to them.
It appears that they try to get rid of problem by just saying something that does not help or has anything to do with the problem.
To this day the cameras that I purchased still do not work. I have tried and tried, they got my money, now they don't seem to care.
