Andy gave good advice on not spending money on the property prior to marketing. He showed prospective purchasers round and kept me informed about their feedback. The stage from offer to exchange was complicated and Andy acted as middleman to sort out outstanding issues. The rest of the team were supportive during the final stages and all were unfailingly pleasant and polite. Highly recommended.
