Review of CampEasy - Easy Big X Camper Van

I would like to share my experience with the Easy Big X camper van rented from CampEasy during our trip from 28 August to 7 September 2024. While we had an incredible time exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Iceland, there were a few challenges with the camper van that are worth mentioning.

My family had a wonderful time. The camper van was comfortable, and we created many cherished memories along the way.

Although we did not have the chance to meet the CampEasy staff in person, they were very accommodating through email communication. They even showed goodwill by reimbursing us for the extra day of rental and the cost of the AdBlue, which was greatly appreciated. This level of customer service truly reflects the company’s dedication, and I fully support CampEasy.

Experience en tous points parfaite, partis pour un road trip de 10 jours en Islande avec un van transporter volkswagen de la société Campeasy, l'accueil et les conseils de nos 2 guides Natalia et Florentina ont été très précieux, deux formidables personnes qui ont ete a l'ecoute de nos attentes et surtout tres sympathiques et accueillantes

Everything about this experience was good. They picked us up at the airport in the beginning and delivered us to our hotel at the end. Signing the paperwork and going over the details was a pleasant experience and they made sure all our questions were answered. When we had questions on the road they were quick to respond. We will utilize this company again!

The response rate was extremely fast and the entire team was very cooperative.

Wir waren mit dem Campingbus, den wir bei CampEasy für unsere dreiwöchige Rundtour gemietet hatten, sehr zufrieden. Gott sei Dank nahm mir Natalia auch gleich die Angst vor der Automatik-Schaltung. Im Hochland (und nicht nur dort) war die ein Segen; wir hätten sonst nen Muskelkater vom Schalten bekommen.
Auch die sonstige Ausstattung des Campers war sehr clever durchdacht und sehr praktisch. In den Nächten haben wir die Standheizung sehr gerne benutzt.
Auch die zahllosen Mails, die ich im Vorfeld (und auch während der Tour) an das Campeasy-Team geschrieben hatte, wurden zügig, kompetent und immer sehr hilfreich beantwortet.
Ein Vermieter zum Weiterempfehlen!

The van was amazing! Brand new and super clean, drives very smooth. The heating system was a must. The booking process was easy and seamless! Natalia was awesome, she helped us with everything we needed. I will definitely rent from CampEasy on my next Iceland trip! 100% recommend it!

"Wonderful trip in Iceland with our campervan "Easyfun""

We spent 14 days in July 2024 discovering Iceland (3000km in total). We had a great time in our nearly new campervan "Easyfun" (less than 40.000km) which was very well finished and equipped, cosy and easily manageable . We had everything we needed for cooking and sleeping, and the tablet provided with information on weather, roads, places to see, etc, was convenient. It has been a wonderful experience and we recommend Campeay to our fiends without any doubt. Campeasy Easyfun is supposed to be for 3 persons but I would not recommend it (unless for 3 young adults happy to be packed like sardines in bed ;-)). It was however perfect for two.
Campeasy agents (Florentina for the pick-up and Dawid for the drop-off) were really nice and helpful. The airport pickup and hotel drop off is much appreciated.
We hope to come back to Iceland with Campeasy as soon as possible!
