Irish Rugby Tours went above and beyond ensuring that we would have the greatest time of our lives. The Kansas City Blues were set to tour in March of 2020, the day before we departed COVID shut the world down. George worked tirelessly to keep us up to date on what was happening and our ability to travel. For 2 years George helped us navigate the chaos of the pandemic until finally we were cleared to travel and play rugby in March of 2022. We were greeted by our tour guide Paul in London right when we landed and he was with us the entire trip pulling all the strings to make every detail of the trip superb. We stayed 3 days in Cardiff, 3 days in Galway and 3 days in Dublin. Each city we had great transportation to wherever we needed to go and had beautiful, comfortable accommodation. We had fantastic experiences at each rugby club and all the tourist activities were arranged and organized so well that there was a great balance of free time and scheduled exploring. Irish Rugby Tours is professional, fun, organized, understanding, and gives the absolute best experience that money can buy. The Kansas City Blues will forever cherish the tour George and Irish Rugby Tours planned for us and see Paul as an honorary KC Blue for life. Thank you Irish Rugby Tours for the trip of a lifetime.

Such a great experience- I’ve been to Edinburgh before and seen/done some of the things on our tour, but having a group to hang out with and a guide to tell me the extra details, the true stories and the things I was too lazy to truly research was amazing! Our trip to Oban and Glasgow were just as great. Getting the low-down on best pubs, best fish & chips and the place to get some supplies (it was a rugby trip after all) couldn’t be beat. Finding great drivers and a guide was something we could have done, but honestly, knowing that Irish Rugby Tours could do it all for us and guarantee that it was top-notch wasn’t something I have time for. The team at Irish Rugby Tours were responsive to our questions and suggestions and also anticipated our needs before we could think of them.

"This was our second tour with IRT"

This was our second tour with IRT. They planned an amazing array of both rugby and non-rugby experiences for my collegiate women's side. We had 3 amazing coaching sessions with international coaches, and 3 great games with local teams. Our tour guide made Scottish history and culture come alive, and we saw many historic sites. The tour kept us busy and entertained, and was life-changing for many of my players. George Hook is the most wonderful and communicative fellow to work with, and he makes sure you are 100% taken care of. We're planning on another trip with IRT since both of our tours with them have far exceeded all of our expectations.
