I ordered the Flamingo Christmas ornament. It is very cheaply made, and looks nothing like the picture. Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again.

There was something wrong with this ornament. It was almost like there was a film that should have been pulled off but was not. I tried to fix it, but I couldn't. Your other items have perfect. This one was not

I placed an order on shineful and it came over a month later. I no longer needed the item. I waited so long for it that I almost forgot that I ordered it. Their website states they will give a refund less shipping charges within seven days of receipt. I was within the time frame and I was told that I was never promised a delivery date so therefore they would not give me a refund. This company is a scam And I wouldn’t order another thing from them again. Buyer beware I wouldn’t even give this company a one star rating.

Really my only complaint is that the items are radically overpriced. I should have read the description better - these are 2d acrylic but i didn't realize they were a picture laminated to a piece of acrylic. Very diappointed because i expected more for that price.
