I purchased a recliner chair for my elderly mum who was struggling to get out of her armchair. I purchased a malvern riser recliner chair in january 2020. The salesman quoted £3250 pounds which was a rediculous price,After much dicussion the price dropped to £1607.00.On hindsight this basic malvern chair is still overpriced by at least £500.00.The delivery service was good apart from the chair came without arm covers which cost a extra £100.00 and took 2 weeks to arrive.I am just hoping that i do not have any problems with this chair during the 12 month warranty as i do not believe this Reciner Factory product is worth the price i paid.
