Excellent service from Mark, he had given me an idea of how much it would cost to replace A faulty lock by e-mail before attending.
On arrival he explained what needed doing and completed the job very quickly.
Friendly and professional service and I would not hesitate in calling on him again should I have further problems.

servicemen left my lock jammed upside down, preventing me from accessing my room (HMO) after a long day of working at the local hospital. it is winter, so it gets dark earlier. in a panic, i googled 'locksmiths near me night'; pick me was the first result. i phoned up and got through to a Mark, who reassured me he would be there in half an hour. he kept me updated on his ETA, and he did indeed arrive on time. he asked me questions about the lock, then got to work - only took him two minutes! worth every penny. that said, he did charge me the 'day' rate, seeing as i am a student. as a woman living with 4 other men (they are angels, though!), i did need to get into my room. i thank Mark profusely and recommend him in your time of need.
