The move went smoothly, over two days, including the full packing service. The crew was polite efficient and helpful and arrived at the destination on time. I would happily recommend Tripp removals.

"Major move made easy"
It was a big and stressful move, but the office staff were brilliant in reserving a date for us, and the guys who came to pack and move us ( Ben, Liam, Dave, and Paul) were friendly, organised and calm throughout even though the job required multiple vans, a 3 hour drive, and an overnight stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to use / recommend Tripps again.

"Amazing service"
We had a nightmare house purchase and ended up exchanging and completing on the same day. I’m so glad we chose Tripp and their full packing service as they made it so much less stressful. All their staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They worked so hard and I have no idea how they managed to get our sofa and bed up to the 4th floor. No items were damaged and we would definitely recommend them.

"Terrible customer service after damage"
Used full packing service. A few items were damaged. Despite repeated emails and phone calls (over 10 during the last two months) I have only ever received one email from them. No one returns calls or can even let me know if the claim is progressing. Awful, they say you only know how good or bad a company is when there is a problem. Sadly this is very true and A H Tripp have turned out to be very bad.

"Tripps were fantastic!"
Tripps were fantastic, would definitely recommend them! We opted for the full packing service and it was the best decision we made. We received a few quotes and not only was Tripps the most in depth survey, it was the most competitive. I'd used their services before, so it was a no brainer to be a repeat customer. The move took 2 days and the staff were great. Admittedly, day 2 would have been faster and less stress for the 2 workers if there were more of them, but they got the job done and we were very happy.

"Can't fault the service"
Second time using Tripps and can't fault the service. Packing was done efficiently and quickly by Ben and Kieran, move day went well with a growing team as the day progressed. All went well and they handled some furniture/access issues at the new house with a pragmatic calm approach. Highly recommended.

Would have given 0 stars but not an option.
During move many items broken and furniture damaged. They don’t take responsibility for the damage which they pass on to an insurance company.
There is an excess to pay, which is hidden away in the terms and conditions. The insurance company offered a pittance for the damage.
Wish we hadn’t used Tripp.

" Disappointed "
Much damage to contents. Furniture etc collected Oct 23 and this included wrapping service. It was taken into storage until last month (Aug 24). I paid a lot extra as everything had to be carried to 3rd floor. The crew was sent to wrong address and they hadn’t been advised of items for disposal so were not happy having to carry back down. Several items including dining table + 3 chairs badly damaged. Mirror and picture frames smashed. Lamp shade squashed. Antique table completely destroyed, small table smashed. Apparently they are trying to find out what happened
Despite me returning their claims form (and I have to pay £50 excess), there has been NO communication from anyone at Tripps. I cannot dispose of anything (and therefore so far no compensation) until receiving authorisation from the insurers and so I am stuck with so many broken items in my lovely new home
