"Lost my mother over a year and half ago…"

Lost my mother over a year and half ago and didn’t have anywhere to spend time or even lay flowers down for her so decided to get a memorial at the crematorium.

Met with Nan who was very helpful, showed us all the different memorials we could choose from and shown us some that were already in the garden.

Upon finally choosing what we wanted she was always there to help proceed with the slate engraving and replied very quickly when we need some questions answering.

Great staff. Love the garden as it’s given me somewhere to remember my mother.

I would unhesitatingly recommend this company to anyone. The attention we received was amazing. Staff are very helpful, kind, considerate and very respectful. I cannot praise them enough.
Our family lost both parents in the space of four months, so this service was very gratefully received. Thank you all.

"A beautiful location and grounds"

A beautiful location and grounds. The locality allowed my Mums funeral procession from Kinmel Bay to avoid traffic and have a peaceful journey to her final destination. Set in countryside it is a tranquil setting to revisit and spend time remembering her. It’s difficult to write anything positive on such a sad occasions but it’s necessary. The facility is modern and unrushed like some memorial Crematoriums. There is also ample parking which is essential but can often be overlooked until the sad day arrives.
All things considered it’s a peaceful modern building and facility. I hope this will help somebody making who is needing to make a decision at a sad time in their life.

Excellent organist and the Crematorium staff were also very helpful in sourcing the music recordings that I requested.

Nan and the team were amazing. Caring, compassionate and everything else that goes with losing a loved one. The memorial park is beautiful and a lovely, serene place to sit and reflect.
Nothing has been too much trouble and we as a family are extremely grateful that we have this on our doorstep where we can go to remember our loved ones.
