In December 2020 we started the process of looking to buy our first home and was recommended Octopus Wealth through work. Given the pandemic and the stamp duty holiday this process has been more frustrating that normal and we are finally moving house in January 2022.

The support we have received from Octopus has been first class, as inexperienced house buyers we were weary of the process and yet have been reassured every step along the way: nothing has been too much trouble, no question has been unanswered and everything has been handled with urgency, understanding and professionalism.

We were able to seek advice from everything from negotiating prices to searches and mortgages. Without the support we have received I believe this would have been unmanageable and I thank Ben for his considerable effort.
