absolutely 10/10 service, the receptionist is so so lovely&polite!! and the sonographer was amazing he explained everything he was looking at, and made sure to show me the heartbeat more than once for reassurance, and unlike most places they let my 3month old & partner in with me. i’m so impressed will definitely go there during this pregnancy too.

"Toby - you’re a star! "

I came in today for my dating scan, this is my second scan here (first one was viability) … I was so worried and anxious for my appointment as I lost all my pregnancy symptoms leading up to the appointment. I shared my concerns on arrival, and immediately felt at ease. I had Toby carrying out the scan, and he instantly told me everything he could see, he didn’t wait, no hesitation, straight in with ‘your baby is doing just fine’ and then the screen came on. Toby’s whole presence, his aura, the way he spoke to me with such reassurance and detail made me so much calmer! He really took his time, didn’t rush and was explaining everything he was seeing. Such a relief I cried. I have booked a further scan for a few weeks time and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

This is my second visit to hey baby in Tunbridge wells for early reassurance scan the first at almost 6 weeks and the second at 11 weeks and I cannot rate them enough. The staff are so friendly and helpful and made this such a positive experience I will be booking the gender scan with them and another scan later in the pregnancy. I cannot recommend them enough. You are always greeted with a smile and it is such a friendly environment. Do visit them if you are considering your options because you will not be disappointed. Pamela.
