About to chuck out my HP Office jet printer. For the last 12 months it keeps randomly not printing as 'it cannot connect to our network' - for no apparent reason. Calls to the HP support are unavailable as the system only accepts if you register the serial number but it will not accept my serial number!! Will return chastened to Canon.
