"I had an issue with the outside drain…"

I had an issue with the outside drain and I couldn't unblock myself (I certainly tried). I arranged a same day appointment for between 5pm-6pm and I did this roughly around 11am in the morning. I had no issues paying, as I did that online, and there were no hidden charges. So the price quoted is the price I paid, which always helps.

The gentleman duly arrived on time and he was very professional and explained what he was doing at all times. Once the job was completed he advised me of the guarantee and left the area clean and tidy.

Telephoned in the morning with a shower blockage and was given a same day appointment. Was also phoned 20 mins before arrival.
