I talked to many companies and when I called ukseptictanks I spoke with Jonathon. He was brilliant. Extremely knowledgable and directs you in the way that is needed for your specific needs. I can’t stress how helpful he was breaking each bit down. He has been available to help all the way through the process even when I was installing the waste treatment plant and even after including the sign off. I would highly recommend speaking with him to get things right first time. The delivery was very quick also. So yea 5 stars from me and very happy.

I was awaiting the delivery even after paying a large amount of for one small plastic item. It was sorted personally by Jonathan after a week of waiting.
Shipping cost was refunded which I find very rare these days that anybody takes responsibility, so I applaud him for taking positive action.
If they can sort out their delivery issues, it will be a great place to source drainage items in future.

Very poor. Delivery did not turn up when arranged, promises to get it delivered not met. I still do not have anything of what I ordered. It has it had cost substantial money for hire equipment lying idol and a big waste of time over a three day weekend
