Id bet money that this is a drop-shipping AliExpress special… not a company that actually prides themselves on quality hair care.

First, I had an allergic reaction to the *cheap* chemicals and artificial scents they use in the clay dust.

(I typically use higher quality salon products like Kevin Murphy, STATEMNT, Davines, and other products without issues).

With the money back guarantee, they fail to mention you have to pay for shipping.

So by the time the shipping costs are added, the refund is not a money guarantee - it’s a partial refund.

So instead of that, they sent the matte clay.

It felt AWESOME in my hair, and worked really well, but same thing; I got hot in my forehead and a headache.

(Classic allergic reaction due to cheap chemicals).

My friend said “it kind of smells like bug spray” and sure enough, one of the ingredients is the same ingredient in bug spray 😂

I learned my lesson and will be sticking to quality salon products.

Sorry for the long time in replying, but took a long time in arriving, but then again I'm on the other side of the pond. Tried the powder, and was very impressed, maximum hold and added so much body to my fine hair. The more you use, the more sculptural effects you can create. Impressive!

Great product, my son really likes it. I am put off from ordering again though as the amount is miniscule for the cost of it - reckon it'll be about £1 per day at best (though I did only order one to try it).

I love this product. Finally I have found a hair product that keeps my hair light and fluffy, but yet stays in place. I have tried gels, mousse, and other creams. My hair always seemed to be flat and oily after a period of time. With this product, a quick brush with my hand and my hair stays in place, or sometimes I might just add some drops of water to my hand and brush it through. I just ordered a three pack so I could keep one in my travel kit and have spares at home.

My return was received a week and a half ago. Zero communication about my refund.

Gotta say it didn’t go as planned, but not sure whose fault it is. First 2 packages never arrived also tracking showed they did at their end, not mine.
But they sent me a 3rd bottle and refunded my money asap. With that type of great service in getting a positive outcome, I intend on buying more if it does its job. Thanks guys
