I received little to no communication unless I contacted them first. more than once I was promised something would take a certain amount of time only to have twice that much time gone by with out any communication or updates as a result my instalation was delayed by a few months.

Will Wei used and electrician to change my breaker panel and he overloaded the circuit breakers and we have to keep going to the basement to keep flipping the switch. I am afraid of electrical fires in my house. He said he will send the guy back to correct it and electrician came and he refused to fix it. I have been trying to reach Will and it seems like his phone is unattended for few days now. I am concerned and I am getting ready to go the city to get help.
