"A Quality product"
I got a LWCC Sunshine Head Chrome shower head from Bathroomtrade. First impressions is very good because it is all metal and has no plastic bits apart from a limescale filter from looking into the water inlet. The top part and sprinklers at the bottom can also screw out for cleaning. It is weighty which goes to show the quality of the metal. I am pleased with it. I get little limescale build up and it is giving me no problems as it is easy to clean.

What an excellent company to do business with, We had several delivery dates to choose from and our bath turned up on the day we agreed. Excellent customer service, excellent product at a brilliant price. I will definitely order from them again and I'll definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

"Terrible Service"
They took payment for items they did not have in stock and no mention of this on web site. Three calls chasing refund now being told 20 days delay due to company being taken over. I've had to contact my card company to dispute transaction. Avoid like a plague.

We had a couple of issues due to the products that Bathroom trade had bought in, so not directly their fault, however after a call into their aftersales team to explain the situation they quickly remedied the problems so we could keep our fitter on site. Well done bathroomtrade

We unfortunately received a faulty item, supplied to BathroomTrade by the manufacturer. It could have so easily delayed the schedule of the project, but with their determination to help, the perfect replacement arrived and all went smoothly. Customer service is clearly important to them.

Ordered a shower tray, however you're not told upon the point of sale online of stock levels, therefore a complete gamble if the item you are ordering is in stock or not! Unlucky for me, the shower tray I ordered was not in stock and Bathroom Trade did not have the courtesy of informing me - although they where quick enough to take payment! I had to call the customer services team to find out the status of my order and was told not in stock and to wait 7-10 days. I waited 7-10 days and due to zero contact from Bathroom Trade I called again. this time I was told the online ordering service had been taken over by another company and they where going through the backlog of orders. Basically they could not set any expectation whatsoever as to when I would receive the goods I ordered and already PAID for. Very bad practice...so I decided to cancel and requested a refund. Still waiting for confirmation of cancellation/refund so I have disputed the payment with my credit card and also reported to Trading Standards. DO NOT USE!

Ordered an item. Money taken (£577). Emailed to be told item not in stock and would 2 or 3 weeks. Asked for refund 3 weeks ago. Told it would be sent. Still waiting. No-one returns calls, especially owner/director(?) Darren Monk. Order with caution, unless service and your money are not important to you.

How hard can it be to deliver a standard four piece Roca bathroom suite? They make it seem as though you have commissioned an Apollo moon mission. Three missed deliveries with no call to inform. Knowingly delivered steel bath with no tapholes suitable only for taps in wall without informing me because they had run out of stock of correct item. You have to find this out for yourself. No bath waste provided. Wash-basin delivered two days after main delivery labelled as a different model from that ordered. Customer service whilst polite blamed suppliers or made it my problem. From experience reminded me distinctly of Communist Poland - we will deliver what we have got at our convenience. Life's too short ordered replacement parts elsewhere and will claim on credit card. Hundred percent satisfaction guarantee on their website is worthless unless it means once they have your money they are 100% satisfied.
