Ik had kaarten van lichcards gekocht. Helaas kwam 1 kaart binnen met schade. Dit gelijk gemeld via mailcontact. Vanuit mailcontact reactie gekregen dat ik de kaart kon terug sturen en dat ik de kosten voor de retourzendig ook terug kon krijgen. Jammer van de kaart, maar super tevreden met het contact en dat de retourkosten werden vergoed.
