"Paint BlackJack"

Paint: BlackJack Weatherproof Al Fresco water based, chalk and mineral.

Great finish (so matt) and very durable after curing time but not as much as promised. It scratches off. It's no worse or better than others used, however.

Make sure you really scuff up the surface with the sand paper as course as your mother in law's tongue to get the maximum adherence possible.

Use Annie Sloane wax to help protect it. Do not use Rustoleum Chalked protective top coat. It leaves a cloudy finish that looks verrrrrry average.

Am disappointed in the fact the time before this order, it arrived a couple days after ordering,
yet this time we still haven't received it 8 days on with express post. 🤔 Maybe it's Australia Posts fault, l haven't checked tbh.

Finally, although I know this is how many businesses operate, but it annoys me, you should have wiggle room to cancel or change orders and that scope be advertised on their website. Last time l tried to cancel my order very shortly after placing it but was unable as it had already been packed and dispatched too quickly for any repeal.

I believe that all businesses should have a leeway time for customers to cancel if need be and that time, clearly displayed on the website under orders.

I do like that if you have made an error you can return the product, but 7 days is too small a time frame.

I do love the online help by a real person who has a sound knowledge base and soh. However, please don't tell people it won't scratch off any surface cos it will. It's a great paint but not without fault.

I absolutely love this paint. I have done my ensuite, and back steps entering the house. About to do my front door entry, get rid of old 2 tone brown tiles. It's thick, lush and goes on so smoothly. Am in love. You have a definite customer here.
