I can not thank enough Dr Samer Mansour for the smooth funeral arrangements and very personalised support during a difficult time when I did not have a clue about what to do.
This was my first experience of getting involved in my friend's maternal uncle's funeral arrangements.

My mother passed away as a result of injuries sustained in a fire. Both Dr Sameer and his son Yazan were very supportive and responsive in making all the arrangements for her funeral and burial and also trying to contact the coroners office to get an interim death certificate. On the day of the burial Yazan was there throughout offering to help and guiding us every step of the way. Many many thanks to both of them for making smooth what is inevitably a difficult occasion for any family.
