"Be warned 20% restocking fee - amended"
Ordered some ladies safety shoes. Although I had received an email advert promoting these, when I ordered the shoes they were not in stock. At the point, a couple of weeks later, when I asked to cancel the order, they miraculously came the next day. However, after all the hassle they turned out to be too big. On asking for a returns number I was informed a credit note was possible but there would be a 20% restocking fee. Altogether an unsatisfactory shopping experience, I won't be buying shoes or clothes from Optimas again just in case they are the wrong size.
Having made my comments to trust pilot and to Optimas, the restocking fee has now been removed. Thank you to Scott Ison who organised this. He has been very responsive and helpful throughout this experience.
