"Never sent my Refund !"

At first , they were really nice and trusted . 2 weeks after paying for a one month subscription , I felt like this wasn’t for me and cancelled with them via the client portal ( I spoke with the CEO and all and they said that they cancelled it for me )
The following month , my card was charged and I messaged them about it because I had already cancelled waayyy before the date . They said that they’d ‘issue me a refund’ .. I waited patiently for 5 days and didn’t receive anything . I reached out to them again and the following person I spoke to was a bit rude saying that I’m messaging during ‘business hours’ and that I have to be ‘patient’ .. it doesn’t take a week to issue a PayPal refund . Anyways , he said that a refund is being issued once again . I waiting another couple of days and still received nothing . So I went ahead and made a dispute on PayPal where I got my money back because they kept lying and trying to scam me out my money when I was just trying to be nice and do things the right way . I Was thinking about rejoining at a later date but now I’m NEVER doing this again . And I literally have all the proof

EDIT : Lol they beg people the post positive reviews to boost whatever they got going on . But I just received an email saying they flagged my review and it will soon be deleted LOOOOOL . They’re legit a scam at this point . They probably flagged all other bad reviews and deleted them on here
