Hired them to get me a settlement. I got laid of from work and went into uncollectables. They then sent me a letter saying they had done what they could. When they did bring me a payment plan it was for everything I owed at over 700 a month payment. I make 18 dollars an hour and have over 2000 in bills. They told me I had to sign it. I told them no and they continued to push it on me. I finally had to get a letter from my employer stating I was going to be laid off soon. They still said I should sign it. Once I'm laid off (not even a month later) they send me a letter saying theyve done all they can. For 5000.00 I should have been treated better. After I wrote this they contacted me and they have been doing everything they can to rectify my tax problems. Its been over 3 year's and there still working hard on it. With no extra fees or charges.
