"Great quality but errors made with order"

Was so impressed with quality of cheesecakes on 1st order, I placed a 2nd order but then only half of order was delivered. To be fair, after making the phone call, the rest of my order was delivered next day but I had specified my delivery date to fit in with day off and then had to take further time off work to be at home for the rest of the order. I have been given a discount off a further order rather than compensation which I would have preferred.

The delivery of the box of assorted cheesecakes is a gift for my mum and will take place towards the end of December so I await her verdict! The treats look delicious though. As I live in Australia I contacted Frodeli to ask a few questions before going ahead with the order. Sarah was very helpful indeed. The whole concept of Frodeli is great and really different as a gift idea to send to loved ones so far away
