I was struggling with an order purchase online, it wouldn't recognise my address, so I rang them and they were super super helpful. My order was processed and they waived shipping fees due to my experiencing tech issues. This was unexpected and my order arrived less than 24hours after my phone, I feel that the customer service is excellent, I've ordered from them before and I will definitely order again. Really nice to have a pleasant experience instead of feeling like I didn't matter, I was made to feel very important, a refreshing purchase. I highly recommend Toy Street
