Ordered items on 28th July 2024.
Nothing about delivery online as "Still Processing. "
Company contacted via email on 13th August 2024 to find out what was going on.
I explained I am Autistic, with other Neurodiverse diagnoses/hidden disabilities and stated that explanations can provide reassurance and ease anxieties.
After some too'ing and fro'ing I got an explanation - that the item they said they had in stock, they actually didn't have in stock thus needed to wait.
It is now nearly 3 months later and still nothing from the company and online status was "Still Processing".
I emailed them today to cancel and get my money back and I asked for an explanation and was hoping I would get an apology for them being so crap!!
No apology, no reason.
Just that they're sorry to hear I wanted a refund!!
I do not recommend buying from this company and they certainly need to do some more work to understand Neurodiversity/hidden disabilities, let alone improve their basic manners to their, albeit unhappy customers, who are rightly annoyed at Toy Street's appalling customer services.
A simple apology and an explanation can make such a huge difference to people.

"Ordered 15th September and still…"
Ordered 15th September and still waiting, chased by email and response was :being stored at a different site and is currently on its way to our main warehouse. As soon as it arrives, we will dispatch it to you. We have chased them on your behalf and have been assured that it's on its way.
If you haven't received a dispatch notification within the next 3-5 working days then please get back in contact with us.
Called after the date had past and again apologised and said I'd receive an email in 24hrs with an update ....that was 48hrs ago and still no idea of when to expect delivery
