"Communication and delivery service"

Product looks great however after ordering I had a notification the order was being processed but not until I called was I advised the product had been shipped 1st December, Also having paid a delivery charge of £12 I would expect a next day delivery service but having been told the product was shipped yesterday and it's still not arrived (16:30 Thursday 2nd December) I don't believe this to be true.

Olson Electronics have since contacted me and I have to say their reaction has been great, Sally from the customer service team has dealt with the carrier and sorted out delivery the very next day.
