I really enjoyed working with you guys. You offered more help than the people helping me build the store. I wish I would have taken you up on your offer at the beginning and learned more from you. Maybe I wouldn't b be so close to closing my store now.

"Very user & customer friendly"

Very user & customer friendly. My favorite part about the site is how interactive & accomodating they are. I let them know that they didn't have a certain product that I wanted on my site & they replied quickly to let me know that they would be adding it in the next few weeks! Very excited :D

Only suggestion I have is have is when you get to the bottom of a page have the next page go to the top of the page instead starting at the bottom

A very good App, easy to navigate. I also like the AppScenic Academy. I have learned so much from them and I am still learning. Customer Service is also great. I get answers to my concerns usually within 24 hours.

I found more selection to do dropshipping in the US, it's easy to use with wide range of sections, but there are a couple of things I didn't like
If I am browsing then click back, I don't get the same page, the order of products changes.
Also, when I linked my shop to Amazon the prices really high .
I understand there are multiple suppliers for the same product, bit I am not sure that they have a system where you can compare all the prices.
You might know even there is another supplier for the same product, one can be in page 5 and the other one in page 100 where you would not notice.
I know roo prices are subject to your plan, but the difference is not too big.

Since starting with Appsenic, I have had all orders fulfilled.
I also had one issue with a customer needing to return an item which Appsenic assisted with in a positive and fair manner.
