I specifically asked for 3 packages not to be delivered one package a day 3 days in a row. All arrived on day 1 together. I paid 3 delivery fees, one for each day. i had a reason for the 3 days delivery. Annoying.

I selected items to build my own box, as a birthday gift. Everything was presented beautifully and the postcard was hand written very neatly. Sadly a pen was missed out of the box, but I notified them by email and a new pen and apology gift was sent through immediately. Brilliant customer service and I highly recommend.
