No good! For the prices they charge the bud should not be dry and turn to dust when you touch it. Would not recommend. There are so many good companies that have fresh product. Shipping took forever too. All around bad experience.

"Order never arrived and company took no action"

I placed an order that unfortunately never arrived, prompting me to reach out to the company for a resolution. I was hoping for either a refund or a replacement shipment to rectify the issue. Surprisingly, the company refused both of my requests. Instead, they directed me to resolve the matter through a third-party company, a process that I found both cumbersome and unreasonable. This alternative requires a mandatory 5-day waiting period before any action can be taken, along with the submission of extensive documentation to support my claim. Frankly, this level of bureaucracy and the shifting of responsibility to the customer is unacceptable. It's my belief that such practices are unfair to consumers.

The hemp doctor plays a sneaky game of "pass the blame" with the fine print, making a third party the fall guy. I was clueless about this third-party escape hatch until trouble knocked, and let's just say it wasn't on my shopping list at checkout.

This is not only frustrating for customers, but also raises questions about the company's commitment to resolving issues in a timely and fair manner.

Unfortunately, I am now beyond the 5-day delivery window and still without the product or a refund. Since I have nothing to return, this guarantee appears to be a substantial loophole.

The hemp doctor's website sings praises of their "stress-free" returns, promising full refunds to the not-so-delighted. Yet, here I am, past the 5-day post-delivery mark, product-less and refund-less. Without anything to return, their guarantee feels more like a magic trick than a solid promise.

Their primary tactic involves shaming the customer for overlooking the fine print, and they devote more time to responding to negative reviews rather than simply resolving the issue.

They persist in disregarding my complaints and attributing fault to the customer, asserting that the transaction is beyond their control. However, they undoubtedly possess the authority to process a refund or replace the order. Initially, my review was concise and direct; however, their ongoing responses have necessitated a more detailed explanation.

It is rare to observe a merchant shifting blame, engaging in public forums, and consistently harming their online reputation over a matter valued at less than $100. Instead, they choose to hire someone to continuously address comments and attribute fault rather than resolving the issue directly.

In conclusion, I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this merchant. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction should not be overlooked. It is important for consumers to make informed decisions and consider the overall reputation of a company before making a purchase. Let my experience serve as a warning and reminder to always read reviews and thoroughly research a company before engaging in any transactions.

Perhaps The Hemp Doctor could benefit from revising their approach to prioritize customer satisfaction. As the saying goes, a happy customer is a loyal customer. In today's digital age, reviews hold significant weight and can greatly impact a company's success.
