I have been trying all these online stores selling thca flower and have not had much luck except for Thcaexpress.com. Seems like all the other's like TheHempDoctor.com, are a bunch of kids with no sense of what customer service means. All I ever get is stale flower, bloated prices, can't reach anybody or they don't get their order's out for so long I start to wonder if I just got ripped off. Seems like they are actually in it for the cause and not just the cash! Just stick with thcaexpress.com.

The product is quality and has good flavor. It does its job. The biggest problem I have is the packaging. If you have large hands, weak hands, or arthritis, the pouches are a nightmare. For whatever reason the zip locking portion is super hard to get open. If you buy from this provider, make sure you only purchase the products packaged in lidded containers. Otherwise the product gets 5 stars.

"I made my order on Tuesday…"

I made my order on Tuesday. I cannot believe that they haven’t even put my order in the mail yet. How long do you need for “processing”. I made an order from Sweden on Monday and it will be here today…Friday. It took them 4 days to get that here from Sweden and that’s going through customs and everything. These people haven’t even gotten my order in a box yet I bet. Let alone having it sent out. I paid for shipping when I didn’t have to because I believed I would receive my order faster. No I did not. Now it’s Friday and I’m gonna have to wait all weekend until next week for them to hopefully send it….which means I’d be waiting 2 WEEEKS for this….that’s absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
EDIT: They sent out my order a couple hours after I wrote this review…coincidence? I don’t think so. I’m hesitant to do any more business with them. This first time hasn’t been good. They didn’t even answer the email I sent them a couple days ago. But I might give them one more try to live up to all these reviews I see…because as far as I can tell a lot of these reviews don’t seem real. I’m going to investigate further. Will change my review based on the truths I find.

I first made an order being frustrated by a previous website. I was basically new to this hemp/cbd product.
My pain Dr told me I could now start using these products. I am disabled by slipped discs and osteo arthritis. I just picked things that sounded appealing.
My order arrived very quickly and the package was in perfect order. I was gifted a sample of green apple gummies. I tried one and was I impressed!! Later I tried a prerolled blunt. Again I was wowed. I totally am hooked on THD products. They work. They do not disappoint. I was so tired of taking pain pills and there was no way I wanted any kind of “procedure”.
I’m going to continue shopping here. Their products are exciting to receive. The Hemp Doctor is my new bestie❤️. The products I caught on sale made me so happy.
