"We are hosting with M247 all our MT4…"

We are hosting with M247 all our MT4 terminals in NYC and London and they have been great. We are managing to have 1ms to all brokers in this 2 locations and that's what we need.

Oh and they are so nice that maintenance are always off market hours!

My experience with M247 has been 5-star so far. Their team helped with the transition from my former services provider and the whole process proceeded very smoothy. Their technical support is very good and the response time is very short.

We are with M247 Internationally in 10 locations for over 3 years and we can't be more happy than we are. The support is awesome, you are almost receiving an action or a response back instant.

Sometimes we are little annoyed about maintenances, however they are kinda flexible which makes me give them 5 stars.

"Not a bad word to say about the sales…"

Not a bad word to say about the sales team.. We wanted a dedicated lease line setup. I had to deal with a sales rep that understood I was getting prices from other people etc. He didn't pester me with 100 phone calls and asked answered all the right questions, he did his job quite well. Well done Ben Addis!

"Overcharged and Poor Customer Service"

We have requested in writing that the services are to be ceased in October 2018. We have been in contact with M247 regarding this and it is now Feb 2019 and we are still being charged.

We are still their current customers on another account and they still do not respond to emails, they do not call back when requested, the customer service is poor. They are not helpful.

I am chasing this everyday and am still waiting for a phone call from the manager in the billing department.

"They can't accept I've gone elsewhere"

We had a contract with these people for about three years. But after I cancelled it (because I got a better deal) they just haven't stopped pestering me for payment if a service I am no longer using. I have had several messages apologising for this, but then the messages start again. I despair at ever being able to shake these people off.

"Very good business ISP with quick speeds and very reasonable prices"

We had a leased line fibre connection installed in the spring and a VoiP phone connection installed in July. The installation was quicker than we anticipated and, so far, the connection has been reliable, the connection speed has been very fast and the call quality has been fine. The price was less than half that of Virgin or BT.

"Poor service and litigious."

Used to be a great company, have been reduced to a niche ISP who overcharge and hide behind lawyers. If you need wireless internet, there are plenty of better operators these days.

Fantastic company - business broadband in North West.
Excellent services, we receive 20mb higher speeds than we are contractually paying for.
Support service is second to none with excellent staff who are quick to pick up any issues reported.

"Business class internet connection…"

Business class internet connection frequently problematic , support previously has been poor , SLA pointless.

Expensive service and not as reliable as a fixed line product due to the pop equipment (transmitters and receivers) frequently being located where the engineers do not have instantaneous 24/7 access , I cannot recommend this service as the support is not adequate and the stability is variable. Very difficult to get an engineer to site to diagnose performance issues.

Service has been in a few years and has never achieved the SLA annually. I have far fewer issues with other service providers.
