My order, which included printed books for an important event, arrived on June 28th with all the pages in the wrong order. Given the urgency of my need, I contacted your customer service immediately to request a reprint and change the delivery address to the city where my event was taking place.

Despite being assured that the reprints would ship on the 2nd of July and arrive on the 3rd, I received no updates on the shipment status on the 2nd. Upon contacting your team again, I was informed that the address change was forgotten. I reiterated the new address, only to be told that it would delay the shipment by an extra day. Given the tight timeline, I decided against changing the address and mentioned that I could arrange for a friend to bring the books to the event.

However, despite my instructions, the address was changed, causing further delay. The package finally arrived on July 5th, well past the required date. This entire process involved an exchange of 32 emails, causing significant stress and inconvenience. Throughout the week, I was unable to track my parcel, and I did not receive any texts regarding its shipping or delivery status.

The delay and mismanagement of my order severely impacted my event preparations and caused undue stress. I expect a full refund for this order and an explanation of how such issues will be prevented in the future.

We used this company to order our Orders of Service for our wedding. They look very beautiful and even better than we expected! Really excited to use them for our Ceremony!
