"Good prices but not as many options as others"

Mixam were competitively priced, and after a test print run, I decided to go ahead and place an order. I was pleased with the result, although one of the books had a large scratch across the front cover. The outer box was undamaged, so I can only assume it occurred when either being laminated or packaged. A choice of endpapers would be nice (instead of just stock white) but overall, a good quality book and excellent value for money. Perhaps just a little more care when packing orders is needed.

Update: I was promptly contacted by Mixam customer service who have kindly offered to either reprint or refund for the damaged copy. Review upgraded to five stars!
