"All I could ask for "

Loved the ease of uploading my material. It was wonderful to have a preview and proof view of my book before finalising it. I particularly liked knowing what needed fixing and how many. My slides were not the right size but I could scale to fit or enter size required manually. Love the idea of being able to share the preview. It's also reassuring to know a printing expert would look at what I'd submitted and if there was a problem identified they would get back to me before printing it. Also so that you don't forget any step in the process you can see when you have completed all stages when you get to 100%. What more could be asked for?

Great service, I needed a test run (one book)... Mixam did it for about £30 which is the best I could find. Quality excellent, my margins were a bit small so when I do a longer run I know what to adjust. Thanks Mixam!

"Completely inadequate packaging"

I recently placed an order of 700 business cards. They arrived in completely inadequate packaging: 3 stacks of the cards wrapped in elastic bands in an unsealed box. All the cards were curved bent from the elastic bands, one of the elastic bands came off in transit so the edges of the cards were scuffed and damaged from where they were thrown around loose in the box, and some cards were stuck to the glue of the box where it wasn't sealed properly - I was shocked by this delivery. I ordered these business cards to represent my brand and this scruffiness does not represent this and they are unfortunately unusable.
The complaints process was relatively smooth and I received a full refund, but I won't be purchasing with Mixam again sadly.
