"Nothing but problems "
Ordered a few times from Mixam and every-time has been a disaster! Please don’t waste your time & money!
Every time has been delayed, ordered for special occasions which even though was ordered weeks before & the delivery promise date was weeks before, they was unable to fulfil the date! And when they did finally reply, they were broken! When I spoke to customer services, I was confronted by the rudest customer service who was little to no help. All in all, would 100% not recommend & would warn anybody to look into the company fully before they order so they don’t make the same big mistake like I did

"Near Perfect Experience, Perfect Results"
The final printed version of my comic was better than expected. It arrived exactly when I was told it would.
The online design tool was a pain to use, but since I really only had finished jpgs to upload it was no trouble to upload them manually - the files were even ordered automatically after I changed some of their names. I'm counting this as a learning opportunity on my part rather than as a reason to drop a star.
If I can sell all the copies, I'll be back straight away for a second printing.

"Terrible customer service "
Ordered 100 prints & paid for expedited delivery
On delivery they were so badly packed loosely without basing or boards to protect in a large thin card envelope, that all 100 prints were bent and/or damaged.
Asked for reprint for next day. Was told two days was quickest possible. When asked for refund for the expedited delivery was told ‘ they arrived on time, so no refund would be given’
When I challenged that not a single print was undamaged and I had to wait a further two days and hence they did in fact not arrive on time, was told that the amount paid for the difference between standard or expedited delivery would be added as credit to my account but there would be no refund, because ‘sometimes things are damaged in transit’
The replacements were packed in a completely different way, arriving in good condition, which shows that the initial packing was negligent and simple not good enough to send out 100 A3 prints.
Absolutely shocking customer service, which we had also been our experience on previous occasions when there has been an issue.
We use Mixam because the quality is fairly good and the price is reasonable, but are always met with obstacles when there is an issue. The customer service is just shocking.
