We have had a very smooth experience from A to Z with Zoltan and his team moving the household of a family of five from Kingston to Berlin. Despite other companies doing video tours for their quotes, someone really came to look at our stuff. Emptying the house was quite a big job as dismantling and wrapping of all furniture was included and took quite some time but was done thoroughly.

The also really nice hired team arrived with a massive truck in Berlin and used a smaller van 4 times to offload our stuff which was done in a few hours.

Great service for a good price (other quotes were much higher).

I was treated like a queen by your lovely people right from the start. I hadn’t done as much prep as I had wanted they just said; “That’s ok, we’re here now. We are going to sort it all. Don’t worry.” I was reassured right from the beginning & never felt judged by anyone for not being more ready. I was hardly allowed to lift a thing myself and I just felt so well taken care of. It was a huge job. It was chaos, and they never lost their tempers & kept positive, helping me even up to midnight, plumbing the washing machine and building beds still moving wardrobes. Amazing Team!

I can’t recommend these guys enough - I used them for a full removals service (including packing up our entire home) and it was the best money I could have spent. They were friendly, helpful, communicative and nothing was too much trouble for them. They arrived on time, packed up all our belongings super quickly and unloaded the van at the new house in record time too. They put all the necessary furniture back together again with care and attention, and were just generally a pleasure to do business with.

This was our second move using ASD Harrison, this time they were with us over three days, packing, preparing and carrying out a substantial move. The whole team worked unbelievably hard, without making us feel like anything was too much trouble. Even when the move carried on late into Friday evening, everyone kept on going and no mention of overtime as others had done in their quote. We would not have been ready in time if we hadn’t used their packing service. They were excellent value for money and I would highly recommend them.

We used ASD Harrison for packing and moving. I couldn’t fault them from start to finish. They supplied boxes to me before the move date so I could pack up some items I wouldn’t need to unpack in our rental. On packing day, the team were so efficient and listened to everything we needed. Likewise on moving day. Nothing was too much trouble. At the other end, I was so happy to have the beds, trampoline, tables etc built. Competitively priced. We’ll definitely be using them again for our next move into the new house.
