Really great service from Scott. He came out the same day and back every day he said he would. Sorted the problem out no problem. No more pests! Scott is very friendly and knowledgable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

"Problem with rats in the loft"

Problem with rats in the loft. I got in touch with Youngs and made an appointment for a visit. The technician,Scott,arrived on time and could not have been more thorough. Polite,professional and friendly. He talked me through the the process to get rid of them. Had two further visits to make sure they were gone. All in all a very good experience dealing with a stressful situation. Thanks Scott 5 stars,Dave.

"Fantastic service"

We had rats in our walls and loft. Scott attended three times, put down bait, gave very helpful advice about how to stop them coming in, and solved the problem.

Fantastic service: he let us know when he was on the way, was polite, friendly, and helpful.

We had a roof rat. Scott attended did a site survey, laid bait. Eradicated the problem and identified potential ingress points to be addressed. A good night's sleep has been restored.

Had a mouse problem, and Scott came and dealt with the issue with a high level of professionalism. I was really panicked, especially given that I was at home with a little girl. He took the stress out of it all, and really calmed the situation! Thank you so much!

Brilliant service. Scott bravely went up in the loft to deal with the wasp nest and it was dead within 24 hours, like he said it would be. Used this company 3 times now and they always do a good job!

Initial Review:
Really disappointed. First treatment did not work. Arranged free return visit for re-treatment, however the second treatment has not been put anywhere near the wasp nest, so that hasn’t worked either.
Was advised to use a professional service to deal with the wasp nest, however given the experience I have had with this company, I will deal with the nest myself. Pleasant staff, however in my experience, it has been a waste of money.

Thanks to this pest control company for dealing with my wasp problem. Scott came out the other day and found and disposed of the nest that was under my privet hedge. Very grateful for his knowledge and understanding of the matter. I can definitely recommend this company for any of your pest problems.
