"Poorly managed"

My children have been to a couple of the camps and something has gone wrong every time. The first time I sent them, my youngest was left unchanged for the entire day leaving him with severe nappy rash that required treatment by a doctor and has left him with scars. Currently we are in dispute as they refuse to return some expensive coats (despite promises that they are being couriered) and are now ignoring my emails. I have been left with a sour taste after the lack of response to issues when they arise.

used multi active services 5 days a week nearly all summer this year in kings Langley school Hertfordshire. What an excellent team of young women running the show. My children loved it, they made a few friends from different age groups too. It was an absolute joy for myself and my wife to see our fit and healthy children after a summer of playing every day. Best Money I've ever spent

When you find a place that your children love - it gives you so much peace to be able to leave them. Every day the children couldn't wait to go to The Den (Biggleswade) and I will definitely be booking in the future. "Wonderful Welwyn Garden City Camp!"

Molly and the Team at the Welwyn Garden City Camp are just awesome. Great range of activities, no matter the weather/season! My daughter thoroughly enjoys going there, and being crazily busy working parents we get the security that she is somewhere she loves. The customer service is second to none, especially compared to larger, more expensive providers.

My son attended the bishops stortford camp on tuesday 3rd august. He absolutely loved it! Kirsty provided some amazing activities for them and jade was super helpful and quick to reply to my needy mum messages checking on him theoughout the day. He will definitely be returning and hope to ses the same staff again.

My daughter went to the St Neots camp, WOW what amazing staff. This was extremely well organised.
Jade has been wonderful and really welcoming.
She greets us with a smile which makes me relaxed to leave my daughter in her hands. My daughter was in Jordan’s bubble and had a great day doing all different activities, she also loved the picnic outside. She has already asked me if she can go back next school holiday because she enjoyed herself so much.
She will definitely be returning.

My son enjoyed his time with staff at multi- active sessions. This was great to keep him active and good for his mental health. My son is autistic and found staff helpful. I would send him again in future.
