"Treatment at nuclear medecine"

Our visit to Medical Point Center was truly remarkable. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed exceptional care, support, and understanding, making us feel at ease during what could have been a stressful time.

We were fortunate to have two translators who facilitated seamless communication, ensuring we fully understood everything related to the medical procedures and care plan.

The quality of service and medical treatment was excellent, exceeding our expectations. We felt well-accompanied throughout leaving us confident and reassured.

"The Best Hospital Ever"

This hospital was absolutely amazing.. i went for a gastric sleeve 1 week ago through another company and i have never ever experienced care like it.

the first night i arrived every nurse who was going to be looking after me that weekend came in to show there face and meet me, they made me feel comfortable made sure i had everything i needed and then i went off to sleep

the next morning i was scheduled for surgery late morning and the nurses were so delicate and kind whilst doing all the necessary tests they had to do on me..

I then went down to have so many extensive tests done, ECG, Heart scan, thyroid scan, kidney & live scan, breathing test on my lungs, i had an appointment with a psychiatrist and a dietician before surgery too!

Then i was taken to endoscopy i was quite nervous and the doctors and nurses really put me at ease telling me i would be ok, i have nothing to worry about and made me feel as comfortable as possible.

I then went straight into surgery, i met my amazing surgeon Dr Muzaffer Onder Oner again right before surgery and he put me at so much ease again, I then woke up from surgery and for the 2 days after surgery i had nurses coming in to see me and check on me every 30 minutes, always making sure i was comfortable, feeling ok, my cannulas kept getting blocked and i ended up having 4 cannulas in different areas and they were just so gentle and patient with me.. if i pressed the bell someone was in my room with in 5 seconds every time, if i requested my bed changing someone was in my room ready to change my bed quicker than i was able to get out of it, if i needed to go for a walk a nurse would be with me supporting me for as long as i needed them too, i really felt like i was in the care of my own family they took so much pride in there jobs and were proud of where they worked and who they worked for they were very hard working constantly

The hospital is also really well looked after, really modern, smells lovely, rooms are cleaned everyday whilst your there they really do look after it

If i was to ever need any other medical treatment i will now go here every single time ❤️ thankyou so much medical point!

Dear All,

After completing my chemotherapy treatment, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my doctor, Prof. Dr. Seçkin Çağırgan, as well as the entire team at the hematology department, including the front desk and nurses. They supported me during this challenging time with their kindness, positivity, and often a smile on their faces.

I would also like to extend a special thanks to the International Patient Service Team, specifically Mr. Ahmed and Mrs. Seda, who were always available when I needed assistance. I greatly appreciate their efforts in translation and, importantly, their willingness to spend time with me beyond their normal job duties.

In my opinion, Medicalpoint is the best hospital in the region, providing care at 110%. Overall, I will definitely be back! 😊

The foreign language support staff make trips to this hospital go much more smoothly than they would if you tried to muddle through unaccompanied. They are always so helpful and positive and good at helping to get things done quickly.

Bonjour. J'ai séjourné le mois dernier en Türkiye plus précisément à Izmir. J'ai accompagné ma mère malade qui a été soignée au Point Medical Hospital. l'intervention d'un des agents dudit hôpital, j'ai nommé Ruby, était pour nous une oasis dans le désert. c'est elle qui a rendu le séjour agréable et nous a permis de mieux parler avec les médecins. mes salutations distinguées et chaleureuses sont adressées à tout le personnel du point médical

מרכז רפואי ברמה גבוהה. אני כבת 66, הגעתי לניתוח מתיחת פנים דרך חברה ישראלית-טורקית יסמין מדיקל טור. המנתח ד"ר חוסנו פשוט מעולה,ללא שום בעיה בניתוח ואחריו. אחרי הניתוח היתי בחדר פרטי עם מלווה דוברת עברית וטורקית. היחס של הצוות ממש להפליא, הגיבו במהירות לפיפס קטן, שלי, האוכל חם וטעים. כל הכבוד באמת. היום אני כחצי שנה לאחר - לא היו לי שום בעיות מאז.מרוצה מאוד וממליצה בחום!ן

I cannot fault the staff here all were absolutely brilliant..Although I wasn't pleased with the level of effort from the reps from the company I went with the actual hospital/surgons/staff are brilliant. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the maximum treatment and checks u need.
