This is Customer service the way it should be,
I contacted the company more than once about changing an engraving and how the ashes of my dogs were used. They’re response was quick and nothing seemed to be a problem for them even after I’d changed my mind and asked for things to be changed.
It really was a joy dealing with them and I even got through to Lisa when I needed an answer.
The way that handled everything was perfect even down to the hand written card enclosed with my order.
