I have been using Ink Depot for several years after using a local ink refill store, which caused problems with my printer. I only purchased Genuine refills, but have recently tried the Generic products with excellent results. The pricing is the best I have found and delivery is usually very quick. Recently the goods have been left at the local post office instead of delivering to my door, which is not as good as originally. The web sit is excellent as you select your printer and it lists all the options available. It is usually cheaper to select individual needs rather than buy bundles. I have recommended Ink Depot to many people. I like the regular discount offers as this saves even more, as I always spend over $100 to receive free freight. I can't comment on after sales service, as I have never needed to complain.

I have used Ink Depot for quite a number of years now, I do not purchase original cartridge inks for my printer, only the compatible cartridge and have not encountered any problems at this point in time. I purchased a package of inks for my Canon MP970 printer. These were delivered very promptly and the order was well-packaged. The cartridges are not Canon original items but a cheaper substitute under the Qimage label. I have now put 3 colours and 1 black cartridge in the machine and none of them operate correctly. The black cartridge does not print at all. It's embarrassing as I use this printer to print papers for clients of my business. All I can do is remove them and replace them with Canon items. I will likely return these items and I will not be ordering them again.
