"Sent wrong item!"

I was sent the wrong item and i called to see if i could return for the right one that i ordered, it was still completely sealed in the package and i was told no sorry but your stuck with the one we sent you because we dont accept returns!! So for the mistake of the company i was stuck with an item that i didnt order and to top it off the item sent wasnt even the same value as the one ordered it was less so i payed more for an item i did not recieve!!
