"Good chocolate, terrible experience"

I ordered personalised chocolate for my father's jubilee and it was a wonderful idea of a present, tasty chocolate and a package to remember.
Nevertheless, ordering was complicated, I had to open two browsers to be able to follow the instructions properly. There was no option to pay by card (only methods I could not use and pay at delivery), so I had to make corrections to the address, and when I went back, the website didn't send me back one page but I had to make the whole order over again. As a result, it turned out that I placed two orders. Besides, in the confirmation sent, I didn't see the correct address (I ordered it to a courier's office and the confirmation said "home address") and I had to sent tons of emails to make all the corrections. In addition, I did not receive a single confirmation by a person for all those corrections and I didn't know what to expect until the very last moment, when the chocolate was picked up. There was absolutely no communication, beside an email just with the project to confirm.
Picking up the chocolate, my mother was not allowed to open and check it but had to pay and take it as it is, not knowing what she will find inside. She said the chocolate was broken.
