"Wrong order and no reply to sort it"

I ordered the conditioning method but only received the shampoo and conditioner (double of what should have arrived), but not the hair gain extract. I tried to contact their customer service but did not receive a reply. Would not recommend.
After posting this I got a reply from them (see below) saying they would sort it, however, after almost another week I have not had a reply to my email or any form of contact from them.

"Deres abonnement løsning fungerer ikke"

Jeg har nu haft Hårklinikkens abonnement løsning i et års tid. - Og har brugt mere tid med deres kundeservice end på mit hår.

Som de skriver i deres løsning, vil man både pr. E-mail og SMS modtage en reminder 3-5 dage inden de sender en ordre afsted, for at sikre at, kunden ikke allerede har et fyldt lager.

Det sker så en gang at jeg ikke får en reminder, og de når at klargøre ordren og reservere beløbet. Denne når jeg så at annullere, så den ikke bliver afsendt.
Beløbet er dog låst i min bank i 30 dage, og hver gang jeg har fat i dem siger de at det er banken der skal "låse op" for beløbet igen, hvilket jeg gang på gang forklare dem at det ikke er. 30 dage går og jeg har så igen beløbet på min konto.

Herefter regnede jeg så stærkt med at de nu havde fået løst problemet med at jeg ikke får en reminder inden de klargøre en ordre. Dette har de så ikke.. og denne gang når jeg ikke at annullere ordren, så de sender en ordre afsted jeg ikke har brug for.

Jeg må så bruge tid og krudt på at få sendt ordren retur. Da de så refundere beløbet, refundere de kun halvdelen af beløbet. Jeg må igen have fat i kundeservice.

Hvis man skal have sådanne abonnement løsninger, så skal det være nemt for kunden. Jeg vil langt hellere bare have bestilt selv hver gang, eftersom de ikke kan håndtere deres abonnement løsning. Her vil jeg så ikke få 15%.

Herudover har jeg betalt DDK 500,- for min Hair Gain Extract fordi de udvikler den specielt til en. Jeg har sendt lidt billeder og haft én online konsultation. Det kan jeg simpelthen ikke forstå, at man kan udvikle en extract specielt til en person på. Jeg gad godt at se ingredienslisten på andres, for lur mig om ikke de er ens.

Tak for abonnementet og tak for al den snak med kundeservice. Hyggeligt var det.

"This product is phenomenal "

This product is phenomenal , pure and simple. If applied as instructed , which takes 1 min per night and then a reapplication 30 mins later , makes your hair grow thicker, new hair appear and even your hair line resets. I have only been using this product for 11 weeks and the results suddenly kicked in at 10 weeks so there is still room for a lot more growth which is just incredible.

I have tried 5 other products which all require some ‘work’ in terms of applying serums and some require you to take tables in co existence with the serum. Scandinavian biolabs is the only other one that worked but the results I have seen firsthand with Harklinikken as well as two other friends, is on another level.
It’s pretty binary for hair regrowth treatment - you a) can use substances or serums b) you do a hair transplant


option a) this is the only product I have seen have such a huge effect with even my hairline (corner of each side of head) reappearing which I only thought a hair transplant could achieve. My crown at the back of my head was may major worry which has improved tremendously and my recession at the front was less of a worry but with the hair line resetting it is a true bonus !
I just want other people to benefit from this product as it has made me so happy as a human :)

"Great products, not great shipping for Aussie customers"

I've just about finished my second bottle of extract and my hair has improved greatly, and although I'm not yet seeing regrowth (nor am i expected to yet), the quality of my hair is greatly improved and I am looking forward to seeing what happens over the next few months. The NY staff were also really lovely when I visited and the store itself to beautiful.
My rating here is more about the servicing of Australian customers. I am up for an eye-watering $100 shipping fee because this business has not yet figured out a reasonable shipping solution for international customers. I also cannot access returns / refunds because again - I'll be up for the shipping fee. It's also tricky to access staff in reasonable hours because of the timezone difference. It's taking me 3 days just to get an order through.

I really hope this company figures out a way to bring their wonderful products to Australian customers in a more reasonable manner.

"Tjener penge på mennesker som er desperate ift at miste sit hår.. "

Jeg er selv uddannet sygeplejerske og var med langt hen ad vejen ift snakken om ekstrakter mm. men når det blev anbefalet at vaske håret hver dag, talte jeg tilfældigvis med en hudlæge til sauna om aftenen, som advarede på det stærkeste at vaske håret hver dag. Han anbefaler at opsøge en hudlæge for at diagnostisere ens hovedbund og finde årsagen til hårtab istedetfor at bruge masser af penge på produkter som ikke har en dokumenteret effekt. Det kan være mere skadeligt at påføre hovedbunden produkter med ekstrakter og creme, som kan føre til større håetab.

Shampoen ligner meget alm klinisk sæbe som man køber på apoteket.
Jeg fik en prøve med og mit hår er fyldt med knuder i ekstentionsene og føles tørt efter en gangs brug!
Jeg har afbestilt tilden til forundersøgelse og istedet fået en henvisning til hudlæge.

"Honestly I am nearly in tears writing…"

Honestly I am nearly in tears writing this review! For unknown health reasons I started lose my very healthy, very thick hair in the last two years. I tried every trendy 'serum' out there with ZERO results. Finally, I tried Harklinikken and had my first consultation with them as well (which I HIGHLY recommend). They asked what my expectations were and I said, truly, none - just hoping. WELL! Within WEEKS my hair stopped falling out in clumps - which was until that point a daily occurrence. And within 5 weeks it felt thicker and more lustrous and my scalp visibility was drastically reduced. I am in shock. I can't WAIT to see what happens in a few more months. I finally have hope again and have started to feel like myself. My family members said they didn't believe me how bad my hair loss was (since it was gradual) until BOOM my hair came back like this. It is soft, thick, and GORGEOUS again - and way faster than I could have hoped. THANK YOU!

"Fantastisk oplevelse med Hårklinikkens produkter"

Jeg startede mit forløb med Hårklinikken for kun 2 måneder siden, og jeg er målløs over hvor hurtigt jeg ser resultater. Efter vejledning fra fantastisk imødekommende og hjælpsomme, Rikke Novod, påfører jeg Extrakten, og vasker hår dagligt med stabilizing scalp shampooen + Daily conditioner. Jeg er virkelig spændt på at se hvor denne hårrejse tager mig og mit hår hen 😊 Kæmpe anbefaling herfra!

"Damaging to long hair"

Within two weeks of using the serum, shampoo and conditioner, my hair dried out very badly and felt like a pile of straw. Within four weeks, it was untenable, and so damaged that my hair stylist had to cut 2.5 inches off of the length. Additionally, they do not make it easy to cancel the subscription. You cannot cancel it online and have to call the company. There are two options: one for existing customers and another for new customers. The option for existing customers went to a voicemail and it was impossible to get a human on the phone to cancel it. I tried calling five times. I had to opt for the new customer option in order to get a human on the phone to cancel my subscription. After $220 dollars and losing 2.5 inches of length because of damage in just four weeks, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product at all.

After a month of using the gain extract that, BTW, is not personalized at all, I lost 1/3 of my hair. What do you think I should do now? I am thinking of a lawsuit, but I did not take after/before pictures, so I guess I will have to swallow it and hope my hair grows back. However, I will do everything in my power to spread my story.
