There's a lovely atmosphere in the shop, very welcoming and relaxed, and Claire put me at ease, explaining the whole process, from choosing a design through to collection. Brilliant customer service and a fast turn around for my sisters birthday. Nightingale were able to take two rings, reshape and remodel them. The rings were of great sentimental value as they had been made from my mum's wedding and engagement rings. I felt I could trust Nightingale to do a great job and they did!
